Today’s workout was titled “ARMageddon” and holy cow was it accurate! Felt amazzzzing but yikes, they are burning and I know I am going to be beyond sore later. Used 15lb weights for the tricep extensions and 20-25 lb weights for curls, shrugs, sit-up press and 25 lb plates for the push-up deficits. #armday #monday #nevermissamonday #pullups #pushups #pushup

After a 3 minute row and 2 minutes of stretching, we did a 40 minute AMRAP. What a good workout! I was able to get thru 5 complete rounds of all 8 circuits and had started my 6th round when we ran out of time. New team challenge started at the gym today and goes for the next 12 weeks. After hitting up the 9:30a class, I headed over to NutriShop to have my InBody test done. Its pretty cool!
